Locked out after entering correct password. Reset password....still can't get in. 
I hate that there is no chat available. I need to buy a travel plan now.

hi if you are having that many issues you need to contact a customer service agent they will help reset account 

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply

That's all kinds of trouble. Another access method is the chatbot. Start it and then say you're a customer and then sign in and then manage your account. See if your credentials work there.

Some Roaming Addons you are looking for may be available to purchase through calling 611 on your device @Ac56 . But it is really best to do this through My Account, is my thoughts.

trying different browser,open incognito mode,clear cache,cookie,

 

 no travel plan, but you can buying add-ons for US only.

Try a different browser or device or use private mode. What do you mean travel plan? Do you mean one of the roaming add-ons offered here?
