i tried to change my # and now my phone is disconnected. cant use phone to call anywhere. was trying to port from old provider. can the store kiosk guys solve tech issues?

Thank you all for your help. I was told my walls and sorroundings at home are self constructing a barrier thus the no signal when i go home. Says not on network and emergency calls only. It was a nice few years with pm but im not moving out for recep...

Simple solution is to switch carrier. You will have access to better outcomes, customer support and pay around the same.
