Failed port to Koodo, Account disabled

Hi,

 

@Moderator_Team

A day ago I got my new Koodo sim up and running and requested a port of my Public Mobile number over to Koodo.   The disconnection on the Public Mobile side happened first (Login disabled, SIM no longer works), but on the Koodo side the port failed and the number did not get moved.

 

Now I'm kind of stuck....  I've talked to Koodo support, but they can't retry the port because I don't know my account number (can't login to find it out), and they say the Public Mobile account has to be active to do/retry the port.  

 

Is it possible for mods to renable my account so I could retry the port with Koodo?  Message me so I can provide my number/info?

@LLCoolRSSend a private message to @CS_Agent with you PM number, Name, Address for verification and explain your issue. They should be able to reactivate your old account and provide you with the account number. Best of luck with Koodo 🙂
