Hi everyone,
I bought a PM eSIM plan today and I'm still stuck on Step 6 in the app where it tries to activate the eSIM. Every time I try, the screen after 30 seconds shows me that the subscription could not be activated.
There is no eSIM installed on my iPhone under setting > Cellular, and I don't see any QR code or manual activation info neither in my account or emails. It only tells me to use the app.
I've tried restarting my phone, logging out and back into the app, closing and reopening it, and using strong Wi-Fi, but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone else had this issue before? Any idea how to fix it?

Same situation.
You can only send a PM message, and you won't get a response anytime soon.
Everything's a mess right now, and people have been waiting for a response since Friday.
We need a lot of time. I was like that too, buddy.
