Failed activation

My activation failed because the SIM is not compatible with my Oukitel android phone. Public Mobile took $44 from me prematurely as account cannot be activated. Please refund as this is unethical. When can I expect to see funds back in my account.

I think you need to revise your system as you shouldn't be taking payment until account is activated. It makes your site seem like a scam. I asked a lawyer and he said to request immediate refund. Thank you,

By the way, the account in question has different email address xxxxxxxxxxxx but I can't access community page so using this email.
