Hello,
My current plan was the cheapest $15 a month for 250mb of data, recently hiked to $18 (as of Oct 2025).

But I got an SMS from the number "5474" (screenshot 1 attached). It offers me a better plan for 1GB of data at 4G speeds for $18 a month, and said message "YES" to opt in, which I did. The message also said that this new plan will take effect next billing month.

So this offer was sent to me on October 10, 2025 and the message said the offer ended on "October 22nd, 2025." As I said, I replied "YES" immediately, and got a confirmation text below. Great so far.

So by November 2025, my bill went up to $18, but I did not get a 1GB plan. Instead I'm at the standard 250mb of data (screenshot 2 attached).

Why? You can see that besides my one-time 2GB add-on, I only have 250mb at 3G speeds. What is going on!? 

I pay higher for a better plan, but I don't get the plan at all. And not only that, but when the $15 a month plan died and transitioned into an $18 a month plan, the data package should have gone from 250mb (what it was for years at lowest tier) to 500mb as advertised on the site (screenshots 3 attached). I still only get 250mb, even after paying $18 a month. Am I being scammed?

PUBLIC MOBILE, YOU ARE EITHER RIPPING ME OFF, OR THERE IS A BUG.

Please fix this, I want the plan I opted in for (4G speeds 1GB data).

*shows my bill went up, but still no 500mb (minimum standard now) nor 1GB data (opted in for). What the hell?

hi @Wizard45 in this Community, there is no "Staff" to read posts here, only your fellow customers 

with your issue, did you try using Incognito/private/secret mode of browser to check My Account? just in case it is problem with cache
