I activated my promotion plan on 18th of November and by mistake I chose a wrong plan. But the activation failed so nothing has been working but my account is already charged. I messaged the mod but no one has got back to me yet.
Please if anyone can help me either activate the sim with the correct plan or refund me since it has been so many days and it is getting a bit annoying now. I understand mods are busy but it has been many days since I have been waiting.
