I am stuck in an endless loop trying to log into my account to change my subscription plan. I am always asked to "resume activation" when I am a longstanding user. Can't get past the new user onboarding screens.

That error indicates your email login is not current linked with a PM's My Account. No worries, easy fix for PM and you just need to engage them by direct message
