Export Usage History

How can I export my usage history?  I need my call records.

I am able to view them but do not see any option to export them.

Another idea:   manually select the items of interest, copy, then paste into a document/spreadsheet.

I screenshot mine but there is a way to put them in an excel file but i would have to find the post for you. Read the thread below...
