I top up mine and my husbands (separate accounts) at the same time every month, the day they expire. My husbands updated without an issue but mine won’t let me. It says it’s expired. It says $0 in account balance. But when I go to add funds it says I already have enough funds in my account. I cannot make a call though.

It sounds like you hit a bit of a snag with the self-serve portal. You'll need the help of a moderator to get your account sorted out since it's not letting you make a payment.
Send a private message to @CS_Agent, include your following info:
- account number
- phone number
- a brief description of what has happened
…and they will be able to look into it for you.
