Logging into my account says I need to confirm my full access. Says it will send a 6 digit code associated with my eversafe ID to my ohone number, however it is sending to an incorrect phone number. I have no idea whose number it is being sent to. I'm unable to proceed any further. I'm not able to login to change the ohone number.

There is no other option other then resend code which it resend to wrong ohone number again. No option to select choose email

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
if there is no such option

hi @Gills93 try to get it via email. Click Didn't receive code and check if email is an option

I recommend that you open a ticket using the Chatbot at the bottom right corner
Firstly, type Contact,
then select the only choice: "Contact..",
then from the list, choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link to submit a ticket
Another page will open and follow the steps
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox (the top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
