First check if your phone is eSIM compatible. Go to Settings and see if there is an Add eSIM setting. If not, your phone is not eSIM compatible and you will be wasting your time and need to purchase an SIM.

If you are a new customer, download the PM SIM card and follow instructions upon activation. If your phone is compatibile, the eSIM should be activated on your phone.
