This is beyond frustrating. My esim card won’t work and spent 3 hours trying to summit a ticket. No one to call for help.

Scanning the QR code wouldn't work either . I even thought new eSIM and it wouldn't work .

@Alissa1  It’s autofilled to send to agent just tap my the link and type message and send message should look like this

just submit ticket by direct message

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
But don't give up the esim yet, try this:
(and make sure you check Sim Manager, or Setting->Cellular screen, your eSIM could have been installed , just not set enable properly)

Did you get to the eSIM installation step?   Either the app will ask for your permission to do it for you, or you can get the QR code to install yourself. 

If you missed the step to install by the app, there is a QR code in your Welcome email.  Open it from a computer, or another device, then use your phone to scan it to install the eSIM profile on your phone.

Once you installed the eSIM profile, (or If you got passed that step eSIM installation step), try to reboot your phone once.  

If it still does not connect and if you have another active sim on the phone, disable those non PM sim (eSIM/Physical sim) using the SIM Manager on the phone or simply remove the physical sim.  

And make sure the one associated with PM sim and your phone number is enabled.
(On iPhone: Settings->Cellular , make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary on "Cellular Plan Label" and "Turn on This Line" is toggled on)

Then click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work.  (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

It is compatible and my mom signed up at the same time  and she is having the exact same problem.

You can't summit tickets . You fill out all the information and it won't summit .

@Alissa1 , have you tried these steps below to get your eSIM working?

Reboot your phone.

In cellular settings make sure that ‘Turn On This Line’ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)

@Alissa1  you trying submit ticket using chat bot ???  You can use this direct link. To submit ticket with support it’s different and will work

What’s wrong with your eSIM? Is your phone compatible? If yes then submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

If not then you’ll have to order a physical SIM.
