My phone got reset thanks to my child and I guess I need a new Esim but can not find where to buy it? Help!!

yes, physical sim card sometimes is better.  Would you consider change it back so this thing won't happen again?

But for eSIM rebuy, just download PM add, exand the side menu on the left, go to Subscription & add-on, then scroll to the bottom, click Shop SIM card now and pick eSIM and then pay and install 

But if you want to change back to physical sim, go to buy one from Telus or Koodo stores or Amazon.ca, then login My Account, Profile and click pencil besides sim card number and update

Download the app on the device you want to purchase the eSIM for. Login and go to the subscription and add-on’s tab, scroll all the way down and select “Shop SIM Card Now”
