I need a sim card with data for my trail cam. I accidently selected e sim. how can i cancel subscription and order a sim card with out waiting for the month to expire?

If the eSIM was already installed on your phone and working, you can make change to a sim card yourself.
get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got the sim card, you can update the sim card number from either the PM app or My Account via the browser :
If you are updating via Public Mobile app
login and go to Account page
(The 2FA should send to your via SMS to the eSIM. )
click Change your Sim card and update your sim card number there
To update it from My Account via the browser:
login My Account to request Change Sim card
(The 2FA should send to your via SMS to the eSIM. )
Go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

But if you eSIM was not installed or you have trouble accessing it, still buy the physical sim first and then ask PM agent to help to update the sim card number. Please private message CS Agent at:
