How can i activate my esim, i have a subscription that had free esim.

If you already have an account and you want to switch to esim, you have to sign into Your account click on Subscription, and Add-on and purchase one for $5. The free is only for first time customers activating a new plan.

Once you purchase it, you go to the profile. You will see your SIM card number. You click on the pencil to change it to whatever you just bought.

I was already using public mobile since then, i just want to use an esim? Where can i get the QR code?

First check to see if your phone is eSIM compatible. 
If not then you need a SIM tray instead.

What is the make and model of your phone?

You porting from another provider? You downloaded the public mobile app? Choose a plan? Chose esim? Scanned the QR code in welcome email? Transferring number? Yes? No? And then...???
