It keeping telling me my esim isn’t activated but won’t let me activate it

Actually I didn’t receive a welcome email,

@SarahCollings so, you didn't receive a Welcome email with am eSIM QR code?

If you got the email with the QR code, try to scan it and manually install the eSIM

If still does not work, message support here for further assistance
