Esim not compatible

Esim didn't work so ordered physical sim through public mobile, never got it. Now bought another sim from Amazon and still lost who to contact to activate it

Although you already purchased another SIM card from Amazon. Please note that Public Mobile SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. For future reference.
