Esim not activating

Help. Just ported over from Koodoo. No service and can’t activate esim. Need my phone for work 😞

@aquriaguy , have you rebooted your phone & tried these things below?

  1. In cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’)
  2. Reboot your phone or reset your network settings then reboot.

@aquriaguy  Was it Koodo pre paid or post paid ? If pre paid . You need activate with temp PM number first then get support to help you port over to PM
