I chose esim as my type of Sim and it didn't work so I purchased a physical Sim and put it in yhe phone and it won't still let me activate my account what do I do. Please help!

If the eSIM has been activated, did you transfer your eSIM number to the new SIM on your account?
Login to your account and on the Account tab>Change Your SIM Card.
Did you pick a new number or port your number from another carrier to PM? We need more detail.
