I keep getting a screen saying “
WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.
”
when trying to subscribe. There seems to be no way around this and it’s almost like it’s a sign to not join public mobile. Can someone help with this? There is no way around this, every time I click subscribe I get this error with no options of going back to another screen either.

If trying again in the app doesn't work, use the chatbot to make a ticket and have a CSA fix your new account.

@Ooz look like it is a credit card issue, not necessarily your credit card has problem, could be issue on PM side
Do you have another credit card??
and are you using the PM app to subscribe??
please use the PM app (if already installed, uninstall it, reboot and reinstall), and if possible, use another email address and setup another account to subscribe with the app
