I can't log in, app, web browser, Brower on my laptop. Nothing works. I keep getting a forbidden A1, and the app just keeps crashing when I log in.

2 weeks later - I still can't sign in through mobile or app or website.

thanks the reply, glad it's not just me. I only switched last week and I've never been able to log in. Even tried deleting and installing that app. I tell myself, at least I have 5G.... Lol

At least with the app, I see this on a regular basis. There are times when simply trying again works. Other times, force stopping or restarting the device gets me in. That could be all co-incidence, but there are also times that clearing the app's storage usually works if all else fails.
