I registered new account with friend referral.  Completed payment and got this error.  How can I complete my registration?

Hi softtech

We selected physical SIM on the page before the payment page.  It said the SIM will be mailed to me in 2days, but its been a week now, no SIM in the mail.  However, the payment was successful.  My credit card was charged!  I'm still waiting for the SIM.  

Can you please confirm if the SIM was mailed?

are you activating esim or phsyical sim?

if physical, did you try your sim in a phone?  Can it connect?

if esim, check your sim manager and see if the Public Mobile esim already installed.  if not, check if you got any welcome email from PM, see if there is an esim QR code you can use to manually install the esim.

If that does not help, you might need support agent to sort it out for you.  Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
