Error Logging In

I am trying to get a ticket for someone to help me with an Add On not working properly. When I try to sign in this message " Error Logging In " came up. I changed my password but this message stills comes up. Is there another way to contact them ? Thank you. J

You create a ticket or contact agent only while logged in Community which you obviously can do. Now while here try one of these 2 methods to contact account support.

 

- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. If ticketing does not work very fist time do the below.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

In either case watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

 

Do not try to log in multiple times as your account will be locked for an hour. If still password does not work even when using different browser only agent can help you out.

@JF5  - you are also having an add on issue..?

 

NOTE - purchasing an addon is TWO STEPS:

  Be sure to:
1. Add funds to your account, if you don`t have sufficient funds  

2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.

 

If you still see the $s in your Available Funds area, then you need to go back to complete step #2.

 

Do you care to share the issue you are having with the addon?

Roaming addons are ONLY for use whilst you are on the USA.

Other addons are ONLY for use whilst in Canada on current inmarket plans.

@JF5  - website is finicky sometimes. Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, or open a tab in incognito mode to try and log into your account and try again.

Or, try a totally different device.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
