Error Code: M.8701

I'd like to create a new account and order a SIM card. But, I got an activating error message with error code - M.8701. Could someone help me for it? Thanks.

Thanks, softech. I have tried it again. but I got the same error message. I will send a message to ask for help.

@ZaneCA  try again using Public Mobile app and login and see if it can continue the Subscription process.  if not , message support for further assistance
