try to get the code from email
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email

First of all thank you to those who tried to help. My problem is I need my correct phone number to be able to do anything on PM. Without this phone number I can’t get past the “sign in” page.

I believe it is the wrong phone numberI requested to be transferred from my other carrier.

Is the a phone number that was typed in for the purposes of secondary contact information in your Public Mobile profile or is this a case of the wrong phone nubmer being requested to be transferred in from another carrier?

Just login to your account and change it there or DM an CS_Agent to help you login and change.
Click on your avatar>Messages or type in Submit Ticket on Chatbot.
