Entered Incorrect Phone Number for Multifactor Authentication

During account setup, I entered the wrong phone number for authentication, now every time I try to access my account when setting up my SIM card for full access I am unable to get the 6 digit code sent to the phone number.

Can anyone please help with any advice to resolve?

On my screen I am only getting a button that says "Resend code" - There is not an option for "Did not get code".

@Rob42  if you are not able to get the code by phone or email you will need to contact public mobile directly.

@Rob42 you should see a link that says Did not get code, select that and choose to receive the code by email. If you are still stuck and not able to get the code or get into your account click on the orange round circle in the bottom right corner to speak to a CS_agent, type Contact Support Agent
