Hello all,
I have an issue I need help with.
Emergency call only SOS
-Account has never been delinquent and has balance in account.
Tried:
-Restart
-Off with SIM out
-Airplane mode
-Suspended and Resume service with 5 min off
-Checked compatibility
-Not stolen
Not sure what to do next.

Everything started working last night.
Didn't get a chance to put sim in another phone.
Not sure what fixed it but thanks to the mod that helped reset my sim... maybe that did it.

@PHSHOMES That usually means that your phone is not detecting the SIM card. Do you have another phone that you can try the SIM in?

@PHSHOMES Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

@PHSHOMES What's the make and model of your phone? Thanks. Try the lost/ stolen trick. From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
If this doesn't work, do as @JoyLuck suggests and ask them to reset your SIM card.

Please contact a Moderator who can access your account to assist you:
Step 1: Choose the ? button at the right bottom corner of this page
Step 2: Type in “moderator”
Step 3: Simon will present you with two choices. Choose “Account-specific question”
Step 4: Then choose “No, I want a human”
Step 5: Create your ticket
Check the sent folder to make sure your ticket was sent (envelope icon, top right) and the inbox for a reply from the moderators.

Moderators are available:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time.
