i need help to get my phone working ,not sure but i can only make emergency call only , and something to do with the network

I would also suggest you download the TextNow app or the WhatsApp to make free calls and text when connected to wifi or your data just as additional backup.

Check if there is any network outage in your area:
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

Also, login My Account to check if your account is active

Try Reset Network Settings after a device reboot.  And if you have a physical sim, you might also want to check if your sim card works on another phone

If nothing works, it is best to engage support for further assistance.  Please open ticket with PM support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
