Honestly I don't believe those tracker.
People like to report everything, and some are not related to the service provider (Telus).
The tracker is showing there is problem everyday with Telus.
In addition to that, given the data base (few hundred user?), it is not large enough to catch a district-wide problem.
So I really don't think this tracker is that useful
