Hi! Why not to be able to have a plan with data by an increment of 1 GB? From an accounting point of view, this would not change anything. In the plan selector on the web, it would be to change the data window with a drop down menu to select how much data I want/need. Unless it is a marketing practice to kind of force customers to choose chunk of data (that they will not use entirely). 🙂

That is true for other businesses but in some ways, it is against the PM philosophy of offering just what the customer need/want, is it not?

Getting people to pay for things they don't use is a common way to do business. Just look at gym memberships...
