I need help. My emails always come in French and I only speak English. I have tried everything I can to change it. How do I reach a moderator to help me ?

@Butterfly4rw1 - if you are talking about communication emails from Telus/Koodo/Public Mobile.
And, like @dust2dust mentions, account emails, you can contact moderators...but they are now called Customer Support Agents (CSA).

Otherwise, @Meow as you covered for the Community emails you may be receiving.

If it's account emails and not community emails then click on the chatbot link at the bottom to contact the support people.

Check My Settings (for Community language):
