Can you give us more details? Are you currently a Public Mobile customer? You need an active email account to activate your account at PM. This email will be your username in self service.

If you activated online a self serve account is automatically created.
If activated at a shop then you must create it yourself here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
