Email I was using was a school email that has now been deactivated. Verification code keeps getting sent there and I can not access it, what do I do to change email on account

you cannot change your Account email address yourself.  You have to open ticket with PM support and ask them to change it for you

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

@Nylanhustler  If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611,  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

You can have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone so you can login your account.

You will need the contact a CS_Agent to change your email on you account.

That implies your account is suspended because you would then have an SMS option. The email is just a login id but of course you would need to remember the password. So the only way to change the email is through the support people.

But are you actually needing to pay to reactivate? That you can do with 611 and your 4 digit pin. Or vouchers without the pin. Or use real time payments.
