How to ask moderator to change my email associated with my profile

why not try the password reset.  put in your various email addresses and if you get to the next step you have found your email address used.

 

or search your various email  addresses inbox for publicmobile a welcome email will have been sent to one of them

@Cierraodell click Forgot self serve email, then click Contact us, then Click here to submit a ticket.  It will bring you to this page, then follow instructions

Expect a reply from the moderators within 2-48 hrs. (faster response these days).  Keep an eye on the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up... that would be the moderator's reply.

Trust us, you can change your account e-mail address (which is also your account username) by contacting the Moderators:

 

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Cierraodell   That's why you need to contact moderators to change the login email for your self serve.  Community email can be changed without help from moderators.  If you want to receive any rewards for community participation, make sure both accounts (community/self serve) have the same email.

Be sure to also change your Community e-mail address to match what the new self-serve e-mail address will be.   This helps to ensure any Community rewards for helping out get credited to the matching service account.

 

To change Community e-mail address, go to your avatar top right, select My Settings and you'll see e-mail address fields there.

Second option if ticket didn't get submitted is to send private message to Moderator_Team here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

 

Response time to hear back can be anywhere from 2-48 hours and will appear in the envelope icon next to your avatar.

To change your self serve e-mail address, go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and the type "change self serve e-mail addresss".
