I ran out of data early with 4 days before my billing date , can I request an early renewal?

Contacting a CSA should only be done if the plan isnt still avaiable. The Self Serve method only work if the plan is still offered. When a plan is still offered, a customer wouldn't need to contact a customer support agent.
