Need to Change from ESIM to Physical Sim but cannot complete the activation on the ESIM because device is not compatible. Does anyone know how to do this since i cant finish my registration? If not does anyone know how to cancel the service without getting into my account (since i don't have the activation finished i cant get into the account).

hi @MasonT2024 you can get a physical PM sim from Telus or Koodo store and ask support to help to update the sim card number for you
