Hi - I am trying to set up my phone now that I have purchased the 20$ a month plan, but your app says that my phone is not esim compatible. However, it is esim comapatible (Iphone 13). What do I do?

@catschaar You might need get physical SIM card first then change back to eSIM afterwards but you need to confirm with support to help
