ESIM activation failed

My eSIM activation failed so I tried to use the QR code to re-activate it but it kept failing immediately. I deleted the eSIM thinking I could use the QR code to try re-installing it again, but nothing is working! Any help appreciated please!

@Mmmying  If you deleted the eSIM you will have to buy a new one from the app and instal . But you can see if support will send you a another free one 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support to fix
