I purchased an eSIM a couple of days ago for a business line, but after purchasing I read on reddit that Public Mobile doesn't support a business line, how can I get a refund or a credit of that amount back to my account, as it is useless.

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
