Hi,
I signed up for the flash offer on Monday and had issues with the porting out and the ESIM failing to install. The number got ported out on Monday after over 12 hours, but the ESIM failed to install so I have been without service for four days now.
I submitted multiple tickets without a single response to date now and this is extremely frustrating. Do I have any options other than filing a complain with the CRTC?

yes, there has been lots of activation from the weekend's Flash sale but also lots of problem
you sure the eSIM not installed? sometimes the app said error but the eSIM was already installed and you just need to tweak the sim settings. Check the Sim Manager screen again and confirm
