Help!

when I registered online it said my phone is e-sim

compatible! However when I logged onto the app it saying it is not. I did not receive a QR code either.

how do I fix ?

The iPhone 15 Pro Max is eSIM compatible. I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro Max and the iPhone 16 Pro Max but I prefer the SIM so I can pop it into which ever iPhone I want. Rather than purchasing a new eSIM when I want to switch iPhones.

I’ve heard that this is common with the latest iPhone when activating a new eSIM.
