E sim card

I paid for my plan and the test said I could use an e sim. Once I tried completing the installation it stopped me and told me that I need to purchase a sim card. Now I'm not able to do anything because I'm stuck in a continuous loop. Can you please cancel my purchase so that I can resubmit for my plan with a physical sim card.

hi @Oven  you dn't need to cancel and setup another one

just go to a Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store, buy a PM sim card, then message PM agent and ask them to help update the sim card number
