Hello,
I'm trying to either get the e-sim activated or get my money back. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible. As I thought once you buy and e-sim at the beginning and it did the test with your IMEI to see if it was compatible it would automatically activate after purchase. Please either give me a refund or activate the e-sim.

iPhone or Android?
Check your Sim Manager or Settings->Cellular and see if the Public Mobile esim is already there. Sometimes the error just means it cannot set the esim active. If it is there, enable it, or toggle on "turn on this line" and set as Primary if it is an iPhone
