I have rebooted the phone and reset the mobile network. My account is in good standing. But I still have difficulties to make and receive calls. Sometimes, it works - I managed to make a call but then it got disconnected while waiting. Then, a message indicating " Mobile Network Not Available" appears.

what phone is that? old one or new? wonder if it is a device problem. Can you test your sim card on another phone?
