When I went through the sign-up, I chose to get a physical SIM. However, I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to activate my account/get a referral code for my family members to use until I actually receive the SIM card. I'd like to get an e-SIM to activate my account right away, but I can't see a way of doing it on my own.

Thanks for the reply. That's kind of what I figured. I just noticed it seems the CS Agents are swamped. I did submit a ticket. I was just hoping there was a way for me to do it before the Black Friday/Cyber Monday plans are gone and I can refer my family.

to change from physical to esim , you will have to contact CS agent
