Duplicate Payment

The first payment was successfully deducted from my bank account; however, the SIM was not activated. As a result, I attempted the activation process a second time, and another payment was deducted. After the second payment, the SIM was successfully activated. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that two payments were taken for a single activation.

First, confirm with your bank they were actual withdrawals and one of them is not a pending payment. If you find it is a double payment, create a ticket using the chat bubble below or use these links.
