I would first try doing a force reboot of your phone, then try resetting network settings (this will remove your wifi passwords etc. but is a great way of eliminating IF the issue is your phone).
If the issue persists, i would try swapping sim cards with a family member, or if you have a physical sim, try it in another phone.
