My boyfriend is using U.S. Roaming plan
Calls last for 3 minutes and then drops
Can someone help with this issue .it's been going on since he was in Connecticut yesterday.

Having 2 US Roaming add ons with a talk feature will cause this issue. If that is the issue contact customer support to remove one of the add ons with the talk feature and they will credit the account appropriately.

@susiet1007 have your boyfriend to check what US add-on he got. I worry he got 2 different add-ons and both have Calls on it

Yes, power off your phone then power back on again.
On your Cellular Network, click T-Mobile or AT&T if one or the other works better in your area.

Click on plan details and see how many roaming talk lines are shown. Multiple talk lines won't work properly.
