My calls are constantly dropping. It is not my phone. I had it checked out and was told it was my service provider. My data has not been working as well. I am in meetings and it disconnects during my meetings. I try to send messages and it constantly shows me that it is processing but does not go through. I have to drive to a place where there is Wifi in order to have connection. I am paying for this service and it is a very poor service.

If there are more Rogers tower then maybe their 2nd tier Fido maybe a better budget option for you.
Or the other option is to switch to Koodo or Telus and enable wifi calling when you are connected to any wifi.

The model phone I have is IPhone 15. It has been working fine before. This has been happening with my other phones in the past. I was given the same advice in the past as well. My phone is always on LTE.
I checked the cell tower map. It shows that there is only Rogers provider in my area. Perhaps I should switch to that company because it seems they have more cell towers than Telus. I cannot be paying for service that I am receiving 50% of service. My calls are constantly dropping and now my data barely works.

Was your service working well before? Just a recent thing.
Which model phone are you using? Is it VoLTE compatible with PM network?

Might also want to try to force your phone to LTE (instead of Auto or 5G)
You can also look at cell tower map. To see the nearest cell tower to your main location.

yes, it would be nice if there is email or so, but mobile phone is mobile. Hard for mobile provider to keep tracing where you are. and network issue could be affecting just small neighbourhood
also, even with my hydro outage on fixed address, there is no email notification. It is nice business setup outage map for us to check

All your suggestions have already been done. That has always been the standard with trouble shooting on my end. If there was an outage with Telus then the service provider should send a courtesy email communicating technical difficulties. It should not be my responsibility to be doing the run around for what is happening on Telus end.
